Digitalisation and technology lead with a strong foundation in software engineering and experience across product ownership, project management and team leadership. Combines hands-on development with the ability to translate business and operational requirements into digital products, integrations and process automation.     Responsible for the digitalisation and technological development of operational processes within a construction company. Leads the technical development of Vanoli HIVE, an internal platform for construction and office teams. Designs software architecture, data models, authentication and authorisation systems, APIs and integrations. Translates operational requirements into maintainable digital solutions and supports projects from process analysis and technical design through implementation, testing and rollout.

  2. Security Control Room Operator & Site Security Officer

    Securitas AG

    Worked in the security and alarm control room and in operational site security at Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz until July 2026. Monitored security systems, assessed incoming alarms and incidents, initiated prescribed responses and coordinated with operational teams. Maintained accurate incident documentation and reliable communication during shift handovers. Subsequently transferred internally to reception duties at Schindler Aufzüge, continuing at 20% alongside studies.

  3. Customer Application Consultant
